1. Agreement Overview: This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement" or "Terms of Service") governs your participation in the PeaceMindED affiliate program (the "Affiliate Program" or "Program") operated by PeacemindED LLC ("the Company," "PeacemindED," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable policies and guidelines.

2. Affiliate Enrollment: To become an affiliate, you must complete the affiliate application form on our website and agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Commission Structure:

  • Affiliates will earn commissions on eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate links or codes.
  • Commission rates are determined by the Company and may vary based on promotional campaigns or agreements.
  • Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis for eligible sales generated during the previous month.
  • Commissions are paid conveniently through PayPal.

4. Payment Terms:

  • Payments will be issued on the 1st of each month for commissions earned in the previous month.
  • Minimum payment thresholds may apply, as determined by the Company.

5. Tracking and Attribution:

  • Affiliate sales will be accurately tracked and attributed through our affiliate portal.
  • The affiliate portal records all sales generated through affiliate links or codes, including credit card transactions and invoiced sales.

6. Promotional Guidelines:

  • Affiliates must adhere to ethical and honest marketing practices when promoting PeaceMindED products.
  • Prohibited promotional methods include spamming, incentivized traffic, deceptive advertising, and bidding on branded keywords in pay-per-click campaigns.
  • Affiliates must comply with our brand guidelines and messaging standards to maintain brand integrity.

7. Performance Criteria:

  • There is no minimum sales requirement to remain in the affiliate program.
  • Affiliates who achieve $10,000 in sales in a calendar month will be eligible for a commission increase to 30% for that month only.

8. Termination Clause:

  • PeaceMindED reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion.
  • Reasons for termination may include violation of the terms and conditions, unethical behavior, or failure to comply with promotional guidelines.

9. Confidentiality:

  • Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or trade secrets shared by PeaceMindED during the course of the affiliate relationship.

10. Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes arising between PeaceMindED and affiliates shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United States.

11. Indemnification:

  • Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeaceMindED, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their participation in the program.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • PeaceMindED reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  • Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate portal.

By participating in the PeaceMindED affiliate program, affiliates acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
